Inclined Tube Packings
Inclined tube packings are a widely used high‑efficiency sedimentation device. They offer a high Froude number and a low Reynolds number, ensuring excellent laminar flow conditions. SS settling is not disturbed by turbulent sources, and the treatment capacity is several times higher than that of horizontal sedimentation, accelerated clarification, and pulsed sedimentation processes. Our company has introduced specialized equipment from abroad, featuring advanced processing technology. The product has a unit cross‑section of 1 m², with high strength, precise geometric dimensions, and smooth inner and outer walls for the sludge discharge channels, providing excellent aging resistance.

ZCEN Lamella packing feature large wetted perimeter, low Reynolds number, and favorable laminar flow conditioning which provide an optimal hydraulic environment for good liquid-solids separation;
The packings are precise in geometric dimensions, light-blocking, and smooth on inner surfaces facilitating sludge sliding and settling. The material is aging-resistant with a high strength.
