ABS Side‑Flow Corrugated Lamella Plate
The ABS Side‑Flow Corrugated Lamella Plate is a high‑efficiency sedimentation device developed by our company based on the opposed‑flow corrugated lamella settler technology originally invented by Dutch International Molle, combined with Japanese side‑flow lamella technology, and developed under the guidance of domestic experts
The ABS Side‑Flow Corrugated Lamella Plate operates on the shallow‑depth sedimentation principle, with corrugated plates arranged to shorten the particle settling distance while allowing water to flow horizontally in a vortex pattern through the crests and troughs of the corrugations. Solids settle and concentrate in the troughs of the corrugated plates and slide down vertically, enhancing sludge discharge performance and facilitating solid‑liquid separation. The system offers high sedimentation efficiency, superior sludge discharge performance, and a compact footprint.

Advantages of ABS Cross‑flow Corrugated Lamella Plates
Water flows horizontally in a serpentine vortex pattern through the corrugated plates. Solids settle and concentrate in the troughs and slide down vertically, improving sludge discharge performance and sedimentation efficiency.
High plate rigidity, precise geometric dimensions, and smooth surfaces.
