Integrally cast filter plate and adjustable filter head
The integrally cast filter plate, paired with an adjustable filter head, is compatible with various filters such as V-filters and biological filters. The integrally cast design eliminates plate seams, thus eliminating the potential hazards of sand leakage and air leakage. The filter rod can be adjusted from 0 to 50mm, allowing precise control over the flatness of the filter head. This widens the requirements for the construction flatness of the filter plate, simplifying construction, shortening the construction period, and reducing costs. The filter head can be replaced with a filter cap to adjust the opening ratio. A dedicated plastic template is used to embed the filter head base, ensuring uniform air and water distribution. This technology has been applied in thousands of water supply and drainage projects.
Overview
The air and water distribution system of the air-water backwash filter is the most crucial component of the filter. The uniformity of its air and water distribution not only directly affects the backwash effect of the filter, but also impacts the distribution and cleanliness of the filter layer, the filtering effect, and ultimately the operational efficiency and cost of the filter.
In the air-water backwash process, the key to uniform air and water distribution lies in the flatness of the filter head, which in turn is predicated on the flatness of the filter plate surface. Therefore, the "Design Code for Air-Water Backwash of Filter Tank" stipulates that the horizontal control error for individual small filter plates should be ±2mm, and the horizontal error of the plate surface within the same filter tank should not exceed 5mm. However, in actual construction and prefabrication of filter plates, quality control is often unsatisfactory, with drawbacks such as flat-type casting failing to ensure the flatness of the filter plates and vertical-type casting failing to ensure uniform strength of the filter plates, as well as hidden dangers of loose gaps between filter plates.
Based on market demand and years of production experience, our company has developed a new type of monolithic casting filter plate and adjustable filter head after digesting and absorbing advanced foreign technology, and has obtained national patents. This manufacturing process has been favored by professional designers and design personnel, and has demonstrated cost-effectiveness in thousands of water supply engineering sewage aeration biological filter water distribution and air distribution systems both domestically and internationally! It is widely used in "V" type filters, ordinary rapid filters, siphon filters, biological filters, ozone activated carbon filters, etc.
Structure
Formwork for monolithic casting of filter plates
The bottom formwork of the integrally cast concrete filter plate is a specially made corrugated plate made of high-strength food-grade plastic, ensuring the strength of the formwork during casting. The formwork is equipped with round holes with neck sleeves to fix the embedded seat of the long-handled filter head.
Adjustable filter head
The adjustable filter head consists of an embedded base, a filter rod, and a filter cap. The embedded base features a clamping pin for easy fixation on the formwork. The filter rod is equipped with an adjustment thread for vertical adjustment, and an adjustment flap that cooperates with an anti-drop strip inside the embedded base to control the adjustment accuracy of the filter rod and simultaneously fix its position.
Features
The overall cast concrete filter plate without slab joints eliminates the hidden dangers of air leakage, water leakage, and even sand leakage that exist in the traditional process of prefabricating small concrete filter plates due to the imprecise joints between filter plates, which can lead to abnormal operation.
Since the levelness of the air intake hole of the filter head can be ensured by adjusting the adjustable filter head, the control indicators for the integrally poured concrete filter plate are similar to those of conventional civil engineering processes. The horizontal error for the same-grid filter tank can be ±10mm, which simplifies the construction procedure, improves the degree of mechanized construction, shortens the construction period, reduces the project cost, and ensures safe and user-friendly construction.
The adjustable long-handled air-water backwash filter head has two aspects of adjustability. Firstly, the filter rod can be adjusted up and down within a range of 0~50mm, and the horizontal plane of the air inlet can be adjusted through the filter rod, with a flatness error of ±0.4mm. Secondly, the filter cap can be replaced with a series of products with different gap areas, allowing the adjustment of the filter tank opening ratio under the same filter head configuration.
