Integrally cast filter plate and adjustable filter head

The integrally cast filter plate, paired with an adjustable filter head, is compatible with various filters such as V-filters and biological filters. The integrally cast design eliminates plate seams, thus eliminating the potential hazards of sand leakage and air leakage. The filter rod can be adjusted from 0 to 50mm, allowing precise control over the flatness of the filter head. This widens the requirements for the construction flatness of the filter plate, simplifying construction, shortening the construction period, and reducing costs. The filter head can be replaced with a filter cap to adjust the opening ratio. A dedicated plastic template is used to embed the filter head base, ensuring uniform air and water distribution. This technology has been applied in thousands of water supply and drainage projects.
