Grids, bars and baffles are arranged perpendicular to flow direction in grid flocculation tank. As water passes through grid openings, flow velocity and eddy turbulence change, creating favorable flocculation conditions. Fabricated from thin stainless steel sheet, flat bar and square bar.

Folded Plate Reactor
The corrugated folded plate reactor achieves flocculation by inertial effect generated from variation of average flow velocity. Continuous corrugated profile eliminates hydraulic dead zones. Custom angles available per drawings.
