Ultra-Pure Water Treatment System
Ultra-Pure Water Treatment System
Low energy consumption / highly stable treatment process
Covering 18/18.2 MΩ·cm ultra-pure water project cases across various industries
Meeting China National Electronic Grade Ultra-Pure Water Standards and U.S. ASTM D5127-99E-1.1 Standards
Innovative processes extend equipment service life and reduce operating energy consumption
Treatment Process

Technical Highlights
In the preparation process, we employ a number of proprietary technologies, including:
Ultra-low energy RO membranes to reduce operating power consumption
Composite scale-inhibiting and biocidal agents to improve RO water recovery
Full reuse of primary RO concentrate for backwashing
These innovations have been widely recognized by users for stable water quality control, extended equipment service life, and reduced operating energy consumption.
The system integrates mechanical filtration (sand/carbon or disc filter) + UF + two-pass RO + degassing membrane + EDI + UV + TOC removal + nitrogen blanketing + polishing mixed bed + terminal filtration + online monitoring. This comprehensive process has been successfully applied in pure water and ultra-pure water production for industries including drinking water, medical, automotive, machining, electronics, semiconductors, polysilicon, and solar.
